Automatic Record Creation

Hello,

We have CRM 2015 Online

I have two questions I would like to know if anyone could help with.

1. We have automatic case creation enabled for when our customers send email to our support email address. How can I have no cases created when the sender is from a certain domain name? I would like it to be something like: No case if sender contains *@DOMAIN.com

2. We also have the sender of the email automatically get created as a contact. Is there a way to have the contact automatically set to a parent account based on their company domain name?

3. When a contact is automatically created, is there a way for CRM to strip out the actual display name of the user and not have it just use the email address for the name of the contact?

Any help would be appreciated.
