Query Builder Error when Publish All Customization

I got a "Query Builder Error. The specified record type does not exist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM." message. The "Download Log File" button is dim. Only "OK" button available to click.

This happen after I imported an unmanaged solution into my development CRM sandbox instance and removed it later. 

I did Google this kind of error but could not found a solution for this issue. A closet answer I guest is using SQL query to update but this is CRM online not on premise so I have no control or access to SQL backend for this CRM instance.

Using troubleshooting tip from Ribbon Workbench 2013/2015 when I got an error, I guess "The entity with ObjectTypeCode = 10013 was not found in the MetadataCache."

So how can I fix this Query Builder Error or remove any refrence to ObjectTypeCode 10013 without reset my development CRM sandbox instance?
