Hi guys,
1. I am having some problems creating custom views. I have tried creating new view via the following: But for some reason they just don't show up once they have been named and saved.
Settings/Customizations/Customize the System/Components/Entities/Views/more actions.
NOTE: We have added a alot of additional fields and need access to them.
2. Because our existing database was a mess, I have to ignore duplicates. Any advice getting around this when assigning primary contacts will theses individuals populate for all companies with the same name? Currently I have all the accounts uploaded but without primary contacts. Now that I have contacts in place, can I simply just do an update to the accounts with the primary contacts?
3. When I was adding Accounts I noticed we had the option to add additional fields like specific customer informaiton. However with Contacts I noticed that it completely by-passed by additional information. Is this a default setting for contacts and are there any work arounds?
