We have some items in CRM dynamics which I'm attempting to change the ownership on. I am logged in as a system administrator so I should have full rights.
If I use a view of a list of records and select items then use the 'assign' option to assign them to another owner (am assigning to a team) then the records appear to be reassigned as the correct new 'owner' appears in that column in the view.
HOWEVER when I then click through to an individual item the 'owner field' is reverting to the previously selected value. If I try and change the owner field on the detail screen I can select the new owner but when I click 'save' in the bottom right the owner field changes to the previous value.
Any ideas on what this might be?
