Hi,
I want to delete a Queue in our CRM Organisation (Dynamics CRM 2011), but there is still a Queue item assigned to this Queue.
Unfortunately the Status of the Queue item is inactive, so I can not release it.
I tried to set it to Status "active" again via an on demand workflow, but this didn't work out (error message that this state Transfer is invalid).
I can't delete it as well, because there is a case behind, which would then be deleted (due to cascade all relation ship). --> I tried to Change the relationship to "remove link" in front of deleting, but this relationship is read only ...
Is there any supported way solving this?
