We have upgraded from CRM 2011 - 2013 - 2015 on-premise version. Now we have installed CRM outlook Client 2015 for integration with Outlook 2013. But when we invoke the Button i.e View in CRM on the outlook Client, the Email activity is opened. Except lookup i.e Regarding field, all the out of box and custom fields are only viewable on the form but not editable. These fields must be editable so that input data can be saved in the database.
