we are using ms crm 2013/2015 outlook client but same trace file error comes. when we click on track button and click on 'view in crm', email activity opens and all the fileds are in disable mode except 'regarding field'. We must enable these fileds from view in crm. This is the defualt organization of crm 2015.I have googled alot and do many things whatever I read from the forums. Following is the trace file for all of you. Please help me to resolve this issue.
