Dynamic CRM 2015 Onpremise Theme Changing Option

Dear Team,

I have a requirement to change the theme colour for Dynamic CRM 2015 and my current CRM Version is CRM 2015 OnPremise (7.0.1.129) (DB 7.0.1.129). 

So what was the possible ways to do this theme colour changing in CRM 2015 OnPremise (7.0.1.129) (DB 7.0.1.129). If it is not possible with this version so what was the alternate way to do this. I need this theme colour changing in OnPremise Version only.

Please help on this Requirement.
