I am new to Dynamics CRM but familar with other CRM systems. We have a customer who would like to automagically print out the attachments as part of an overall report.
The use case is this. We collect applications for funding (non-profit) in a lead generation form (using click dimensions). Included in the application are supporting documents that are attached as notes.
Once the review of the application is made, it is required that the application form (view) be printed AND all the supporting documents that are as attachments (eg profit and loss statement, Privacy statement etc).
So my quick reading of the SDK, it looks possible.
My question, has anyone else done this before ?
