We are importing Apppointments via the Data Import template for an Australian organisation - and have discovered that eventhough we have the system settings as English (Australia) and users as the same it always converts to American.
i.e. import file says 01/02/2016 (1 February 2016) - when it's imported to CRM comes out as 2 January 2016.
Do you have to import as an american date or is this a bug?
