Odata tool downLoad version 7.1 crm 2015 online

Hi,

I want to use Odata in JavaScipt.

so I try to bring the Odata tool file (zip) to crm,

but I get this note: 

This organization can be imported only with Solutions Package version 7.1 or earlier . In addition , the organization can not import this exported solutions from - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 or earlier version.

What its mean?

What can I do?
