How can I sync the Notes entity between Opportunity, Contacts and Accounts entity?

Hi

I am having an issue where I  want to be able to sync the Notes entity between Opportunity, Contacts and Account. Does anyone have any idea how to do that. I am able to transfer the notes from lead to opportunity using a plugin but I need to sync the notes between opportunity, contacts and account for further use.
