To all.
I have successfully installed the new app for CRM 2016 but I am getting an error when I try to access the Dynamics CRM in an email. It asks me for my password and then authenticates but sends me an error saying the "cant connect to my organization". I am able to log in fine and I have the email configuration setup correctly but still get the error.
How can we troubleshoot the problem?
