We're running Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1 and attempting to set up Microsoft Social Engagement. Is there a separate license we need to purchase to use Social Engagement? When we attempted to configure it in our Dynamics sandbox environment under Settings > Administration nothing really happened. Any help to point us in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
