How do I retrieve lookup values from one entity to another entity

Hello,

I have two entities that have two lookup fields each. On select of a value from entity A to entity B, I want a lookup value from entity A to be retrieved into another lookup field in entity B.

Please how can I achieve this?

I am really new to development, I need a script that can help.
