Customize Lookup View

Hi experts,

I want to customize the Lookup view using javascript. For example I have First Name and Last Name fields in my entity Contact.In account form I have Contact lookup.So I wanna show the lookup results like "FirstName-LastName".So how Can I achieve this using javascript.I don't want to edit Contact Lookup view In contact Entity.So please suggest me to solve this.
