Connecting Multiple entities

Hi, all
I am new to CRM and trying to get the things done.

I have a question currently i am using CRM 2015 online with ADXStudio.
My question is, is it possible to record data in two different entities at once??

e.g when i sign up from ADXStudio it creates contact in CRM, but I want to create customer Account at same in CRM. is there any possibility that a sign up form hit two entities at once i.e contact & Customer Account.

Please Helpme out in this issue.
