Hide Ribbon Buttons, Ribbon Workbench

I don't know, if it is any possible to hide Out of the box system ribbon buttons to all users:

Scenario: 

I have a requirement to hide "ADD TO MARKETING LIST"  to all users of the system:

This is a list of steps I took with Ribbon Work-bench

1. Right-clicked on the button to customize it
2. Click on the Hide-Button command
3. After taking this two steps, this was my result
4. Then I clicked the "UnCustomise Button" then click on Publish..

After, taking all this steps the button was still visible in the solution. Then, started all the steps again without clicking "UnCustomise Button", but still same result.

Am I missing any steps? Any suggestion or help would be appreciated.
