crm - create a new record in other entity using Odata

Hi,

I use crm 2015 online.

I have a web resource - html ,

In the html page I have pickList,

and onChange I send him to function,

I want that in the function to create a new record in another entity

or sometimes to get the match records from the another entity

by using Odata, (I have the Odata tool)

how can I do it?

Can someone get me a complete example?
