rying to configure my mail box for CRM Online.
The mailbox is using an office 365 email address.
The Email Server Profile is Microsoft Exchange Online, which was already configured when we set up our trial.
When I try to test and enable the mailbox I get the following errors:
Email cannot be received for the mailbox [mailbox]. Make sure that the credentials specified in the mailbox are correct and have sufficient permissions for receiving email. Then, enable the mailbox for email processing.
The email message "Test Message" cannot be sent. Make sure that the credentials specified in the mailbox are correct and have sufficient permissions for sending email. Then, enable the mailbox for email processing.
I am not sure what is required.
The mailbox form has an area to enter credentials, but I when I do I get a message that says:
Credentials are not required for email processing in this mailbox. You may remove them. |
