We have a custom entity with a notes field that we would like to send in an email. (Currently an email is sent with a link to the record but this is difficult for people who travel extensively.) When I look at the properties of the field on the form, it is labeled "Activities tab properties". it's not available when creating a workflow. Is it possible to put the notes into a workflow? We are using 2013, on premise. Thanks.
