We have a customer that wants to see 'Service Activities' within their Exchange Calendar - however, using Server-Side Synchronisation we cannot see them appear.
The Microsoft CRM Support Engineer also commented that his understanding was that they shouldn't appear in the calendar - however, I've read on other reputable websites that it does.
Does anyone know?
