Create Holiday Rule for Calendar in CRM 2015 using plugins

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to create Work and  Holiday Rules for Calendar using Plug-ins. The code part is working efficiently for Work Hours. The Holiday Rules are bit confusing. Although, I have done a lot of search in Google and reference sites but I am unable to find solution for this. Have you any idea, how to create Holiday Rules using C# for user calendar.
