I'm using 2013 on premise and 2 days ago we've just lost the data in the address fields for almost 250 contacts. This happened for several users, same day different hours. Have checked the Audit History and showing like the user amended all the address fields but this is not the case. Don't really know how to get more detailed information about what could have happened? Can anyone suggest what else I can do to both recover the missing data and also find out what could have caused this?
