Cant retrieve related entity value in Workflow

Hi there,

On an Opportunity workflow I'd like an email containing the AccountID that the Opportunity is tagged to, to flow through. When I select the correct field {Account ID(Parent Account (Account))} it comes up as empty. I've noticed this with any field it try to bring in from a related entity.

Any ideas on what is preventing this from working properly?
