issue in soap logger 2016 while using it with VS2013 express edition.

i was trying to use soap logger for creating a request. But after providing the server name like the snapshot i was getting an error regarding identity provider. It didnt ask for username and password. I am using VS2013 express edition. SDK2016's soap logger.
