automate Resolved date and time for cases

Hi House,

Please see below the requests to be implemented.

  • Resolved date and time for cases inputted must be automated, and be desplayed on a view.
  • Cases opened and assigned by a personnel must still be on the ticket of the assignee.
  • Existing client details must reflect on policy details/premium paid and all policy owned.

Kindly as a matter of urgency Assist me in dealing with this.
