When I am merging contacts any activates on the contact being merged and set to inactive are being 'complete' on the master record. Initially I thought this was out the box behaviour and that the regarding on the activities should be changed to the mater record prior to the merge.
However on setting up a test vanilla crm when I merge contacts with open task activities they remain open on the master record.
Is anyone able to point me in the direction of what may be completing the activities when merging the contacts if this is not standard?
