When you reply to or forward an e-mail message in Microsoft CRM, the e-mail message is missing.
For example, if you forward an e-mail message, the text is missing from the body of the original e-mail message that you are forwarding when it is received. Additionally, if you forward an e-mail message, the text is missing from the body of your reply e-mail message when it is received.
