I am experiencing an issue with a Word template which, when merged, multiple line text fields are displayed as a string, rather than multiple lines. I've tried inserting the control into the document as "Plain Text" and 'Rich Text', both have the same result.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution? I'm formatting full address within a workflow so I can handle the condition of one street address vs. two. It would be so awesome if we had the mail merge logic to play with in Word, but that's not the case.
