Hi guys...
We have crm 2013 deployment at a customer running Novell groupwise 2014
We setup the email router and emails are routing to the queues.
The issue we have is that crm delete's the emails from inbox when done. Even with no settings to this affect enabled.
The email engineer assured us that there is no settings on the pop3 account that would cause this behaviour.
Anyone encounter anything like this before?
