Can anyone please help me on the below issue
We need to pass parameter to Crm over url from outside of the generated Url like below. Is there anyway to pass parameter to navigate Microsoft Dynamics Crm –> SERVICE –> HOME sitemap with parameter.

In the above diagram I am not able see the SiteMap (Home Button, Sales ect). Is there anyway to achieve this?
