New user mails remains in "Sending" status

Hi,

I have a new user in CRM. I have given an account in Office365 (Enterprise E3) and all the permissions. I have reviewed the E-mail router for this user and the Outgoin status is correct (CRM has sent a test email saying it is correct). I have aproved the mail account in CRM.

The problem is that when the user sends an email, it remains in the "Sending" status (in Activities, Email) forever. It never changes to "Sent" so the mail is never sent. This happens with all the users, except me (I am the administrator).

Any suggestion will be extremely welcome because I have a big issue in my company with this.
