Micrsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Microsoft Office Outlook in Office 2013, 32 bit: Track and Set regarding not visible on Appointment form

When "My Appointments" is inactive in synchronization settings (Personal Options-Synchronization-Outlook filters), "Track" and "Set regarding" actions are not available on Appointment form in Outlook any more.   This works when "My Appointments" are active in Outlook filters.

There is only "Show\CRM Fields" available but if you click on that, it says "CRM Fields are only available for Tracked items". We do not want appointments created in CRM to get synched to Outlook. We want only appointments that we track to be synched from Outlook to CRM. We have service activities which we want to get synched both ways and that is the only one active in synchronization settings in Outlook filters.

I have tested this with CRM 2011 add-in Update Rollup 6 (which is not supported in Office 2013) and Update Rollup 18 (this is the same version as our server has). This same happens in both of these versions. We used to have Office 2007 and "Track" and "Set Regarding" worked with similar Outlook synchronization filter settings when we tested this add-in.

I have installed this to three computers now and it happens in all of them. We have Windows 7, 64 bit computers, Office 2013, 32 bit. All non-Outlook add-ins have been disabled without any help.

I would appreciate for any help.
