Simple users cannot create folder and add document in CRM dynamics only Admin user can do this

The SharePoint 2013 and Dynamics CRM 2016 integration is done successfully with the Admin user

the Admin user can create and modify the documents and folders of different entities and contacts. But no other user can do this,

an erreur : " Impossible de modifier le nom de connexion au domaine" occured when clicking on  "Document" :

the other users have ( total control) on SharePoint and System Admin in CRM. And they have access to SharePoint with theire user login and password 

this errror is logged on windows server event of CRM Server Machine : Sandbox access denied
