When I track an existing contact in my Outlook contacts, how can I set the parent to be the existing company name in my Outlook contact? If the account is not already in the CRM, I have to make several steps to track contact in Outlook then add new account so that I have the ability to set the parent. Is the proper process to have all existing company accounts in CRM then let CRM update the Outlook Contacts?
