We're working on our CRM project and ran across the following issue...
We are defining system views which will be the basis for our territory definitions. When we have too many levels and items in the 'Edit Filter Criteria' window, the text box on the right hand side of the filter criteria disappears/is pushed beyond the right margin of the window (See attached image).
I have a couple of questions about this...
1. Is there a way we can define these views using a plain text/XML interface and/or is there a way to import a view from an XML file (I notice I can export a view definition as XML)?
2. If there is not a way to avoid using the web interface for defining the filter criteria, is there a way to either make the shadowbox window scrollable or its width configured so that our criteria fit? It looks like key iframes ids are InlineDialog and InlineDialog_Iframe . (Using Firebug, I'm able to manually set the widths, but that's not really a viable solution for the end users)
