Config Exchange Account Impersonation Sync CRM 2015 on- On premise.

Dear allfriend, and experts,

i have config server-side synchronization for my CRM system to sync email, contact....with my exchange. But when users want to config email , he/she must config your mailbox manual ( input account, password ...).

But now we have many many users  ( 5000) we must spend alot of time to config email box.

I found on Internet, and forum the method sync email for multiuser is config Exchange Account Impersonation .

Plz help me, step to step config server-side synchronization with Account Impersonation.
