Hello,
I have created a sub-grid on the opportunity template to pull in additional opportunity team members. Works like a charm. When a user clicks in the space the 'Add Existing' icon appears in the opportunity form ribbon. When user clicks it the enabled user lookup opens and they are able to select as many users as needed. What bothers my users is that this feature only works after they first save the opportunity document. So when they enter a NEW opportunity they have to click save first then click on the sub-grid to add additional users. Users do not want to click save first. They want to select additional existing users and then click save. Not sure how to make the Add Additional sub-grid to function on load instead of on save. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you.
