Plugin preventreal time workflow to execute

Hello,
In the Lead entity I created a real time workflow and Plugin fired on Post Create of the lead. When I click on the save button the plugin update the lead entity but the workflow do the first step and then stop. If I lunch the workflow alone it work fine . I tried to use the Synchronous events execution order editor to change the execution order of the plugin and synchronous workflow but without any luck.
