Hi. I had been able to go offline with CRM 2015 On Premise with the CRM 2015 Outlook Client.
I was using Office 2013 and was using Windows 7 Professional on the laptop that this used to work.
Now that I have upgraded to CRM 2016 On Premise when I try to go offline with the CRM 2016 Outlook Client it does not work. It looks like the process of going offline almost completes (I see Accounts, Contacts files being built with the correct counts) and then I get a message saying "Client was not able to download data" and it stops.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook Client.
I tried upgrading to Office 2016 and Windows 10 and I am still get this error message.
All of the other functionality of the CRM 2016 Outlook Client seems to be working just fine.
Any idea as to what is going on and how to fix it?
