Preparing for Dynamics CRM Application (Exam MB2-704)

Hi,

I'm trying to get prepared for the Certification Exam MB2-704 - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application, but I can't find any books related to this exam.

The only preparation options on the exam web page are online learning courses through the Microsoft Dynamics Learning Portal (DLP), but I don't have access to those courses.

Any material suggestions or books?
