I am experimenting with the Service Scheduling feature and have completed all configuration as follows:
- Set up work hours and restrictions for User A
- Does not work on Fridays
- Configured Facilities and Equipment - Conference Room A
- Defined a Service - Special Interview
- Includes selection rule to include User A and Conference Room A
When going to Schedule Activity and selecting Special Interview as the activity, then clicking the Find Available Times button, the system is returning Fridays. I have confirmed the user is in the service activitie's business unit. What else might be causing the system not to acknowledge the scheduling restrictions for User A?
