I hope to clarify my understanding about the underlying functionality of Appointments vs. Service Activity. Here is what I "think" I know:
- Service Activities do not sync with a user's Outlook Calendar.
- Appointments DO sync with a user's Outlook Calendar, assuming appropriate synchronization configuration.
- Both Service Activities and Appointments appear on the Service Calendar View.
- When "finding available times" the user's Outlook Calendar IS NOT searched for availability, only the Service Calendar is.
Is all of this correct?
