I am using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 online.
I have a situation in which I am thinking to use connections But don't know much about it.
I have to create dynamic team for each case on record creation. while adding team members, I have to give them their role specific to that case record like user is acting as Counselor or Lead Attorney . Every user will be doing different role for different cases. So user in one case as Counselor, can be as Lead Attorney in other case.
Can I use connection Sales Team grid (like on opportunity)?
But then how to assign privileges to team ?
Can you please suggest how to do that.
