CRM 2015 Online + SharePoint Document Location Auto-Rename Folder

I have Office 365 which includes CRM 2015 Online and SharePoint. SharePoint is integrated with the CRM. For document locations, I want to know if there is a way to auto-rename folders if the value of an entities primary field changes.

For example using the Account entity:

Create new account called "Test"
When clicking Documents for the first time, CRM attempts to auto-create a folder in SharePoint and gives it a name such as "Test_[GUID]".

This is fine. However, if the Account Name changes from "Test" to "Testing", the associated folder name does NOT change unless done so manually.

Can this be done automatically?

Or even better, can we do the above and set SharePoint to auto-name exactly to match the account name (without the GUID after it)?
