Experiencing an issue in CRM2011 where the Campaign Activity cannot be deleted (error "Cannot Delete Because Record In Use"). I cannot find any System Jobs or other processes that are running against it.
I'm not sure exactly how the client achieved the current state, but they distributed the Phone Call campaign activity and have all failures with the Reason "Items cannot be added or removed from closed or canceled activities." I've tried opening the activity back up, but that doesn't seem to help.
The log file doesn't really offer up much information either. Any ideas?
