We use Microsoft Dynamics® CRM Online 2015 Update(7.1.1.3157) (DB 7.1.1.3149).
This question is regarding the stages bar at the interface of Opportunity.
1. This is the stages bar I am referring to:-
2. All was fine. But recently we discovered that this bar is gone from the interface of each individual opportunity. Have a look at this:-
3. However, it seems that once the administrator (the Sales Director in this case) has opened an opportunity from his terminal, then the stage bar mysteriously reappears on our terminals. Have a look at this:-
Does anyone have any advice as in why this is happening???
