When my system users is a Case and they launch a Purchaser Order from a sub-grid, it launches a new window. Then within the PO there are line items in a sub-grid which with new launches a new window. By the time they're done there are three windows open; none of them with Save and Close buttons. The only way to close them is to use the window control. That's a difficult user experience to sell.
Any ideas?
