So I have a custom Business Process Flow for the Case entity. One of the fields used in the BPF is the 'Status Reason' field, in which I've implemented transitions, so that only a set group of options are available for each given status. My problem is that when the status is changed, and 'Next Stage' is selected, the updated status does not carry over into the new stage in the business process flow. Instead, the Status Reason field reverts back to the previous value. Any thoughts on how I could resolve this? Thanks in advance for any help. This is for Dynamics 2013 by the way.
